What it is:

And instead of leaning on your community while you grieve, you find yourself grieving the loss of that community too.

How to know if you need support:

• You feel isolated or misunderstood
• You're struggling to belong
• You feel torn between cultures
• You carry pressure from family or community

How you'll know it's getting better:

• You feel more grounded in your identity
• You've started to build a new support and community system
• You can honour both where you came from and where you are now

$150 per 60-minute session, in person in Somerfield, Christchurch or online anywhere in New Zealand. No referral or diagnosis needed.
